Thirty Fifteen Workout Class

What is thirty fifteen?

It’s a workout class at Average Joe’s that is quite possibly the most intense workout you can do. Each exercise period lasts for four minutes and will help you become a stronger and leaner person.

The Structure Is As Follows

  • Workout hard for 20 seconds and rest for 10 seconds during four minute periods.
  • Complete 8 rounds of exercises.
